Cancellations
Cancellations must be made before any work begins. After work has started, you will be responsible for any and all billable charges and expenses incurred in connection with our services up to the date of cancellation. If you paid in advance for these services, we may consider offering a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
We understand circumstances may arise when you require a refund for a pre-payment of service. As you have agreed to the terms of our engagement letters

  1. Full Refund: If you request a refund of a service you pre-purchased before we begin work on your service request, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Partial Refund: If you request a refund of a service you pre-purchased after we have begun work on your service request, we may consider offering a partial refund depending on the circumstances. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Service Not Rendered: In the event that we are unable to provide the service as described, you are entitled to a full refund.
